The University of Houston First Fiesta Student Event

We brought the creativity to the University of Houston’s First Fiesta event, where students came together to celebrate, support local vendors and enjoy a fun day on campus. Our live hat experience featured one artist creating around 100 custom hats for students at the Cougar Woods Dining Commons. Each hat was personalized on the spot, giving students a unique keepsake to take home and enjoy. What items can you customize on‑site?

Our most popular items are T-shirts and hats, but we can customize a wide range of products including tote bags, phone cases, backpacks, and even pre-printed apparel with logos. We can also help you choose the best items based on your event and audience.

How much lead time do I need to book you, and can you ship in advance?

We encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date especially during peak seasons to allow for coordination. However, if you're planning last minute, contact us anyway! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. If having us on location isn’t feasible, we also offer pre‑order services, where the items are customized and shipped to arrive in time for your event.

How many items can you airbrush at an event, and what’s the speed?

On average, we complete one item every 1.45 minutes per artist. This means one artist can typically complete around 40–50 items (hats) in a 1.5 to 2-hour event. For larger events, we can provide multiple artists to increase capacity.

Can I see product samples before booking?

Yes! We can provide sample images of past work upon request, including customized T-shirts, hats, and other items. If you're interested in a physical sample, we may be able to arrange a custom item for a small fee, depending on the product and timeline.
