Kappa Delta Sorority Event

We brought live airbrush to Kappa Delta Sorority at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a fun and memorable sorority event in Champaign, IL! With 2 artists and an assistant on-site, our team created 80 custom airbrushed hats and tank tops, personalized with names and unique designs for members and guests. Having the artwork created live gave guests a chance to see the process up close while receiving a personalized piece to remember the celebration. What items can you customize on‑site?

Our most popular items are T-shirts and hats, but we can customize a wide range of products including tote bags, phone cases, backpacks, and even pre-printed apparel with logos. We can also help you choose the best items based on your event and audience.

How much lead time do I need to book you, and can you ship in advance?

We encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date especially during peak seasons to allow for coordination. However, if you're planning last minute, contact us anyway! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. If having us on location isn’t feasible, we also offer pre‑order services, where the items are customized and shipped to arrive in time for your event.

How many items can you airbrush at an event, and what’s the speed?

On average, we complete one item every 1.45 minutes per artist. This means one artist can typically complete around 40–50 items (hats) in a 1.5 to 2-hour event. For larger events, we can provide multiple artists to increase capacity.

Can I see product samples before booking?

Yes! We can provide sample images of past work upon request, including customized T-shirts, hats, and other items. If you're interested in a physical sample, we may be able to arrange a custom item for a small fee, depending on the product and timeline.
