Baldor Bite 2026 Show

At the Baldor Bite 2026 event at Pier 36, our team transformed the booth into a live customization experience with four artists airbrushing custom tote bags and hats throughout the convention. Across the event, more than 850 pieces were created on-site, keeping the energy high and giving attendees something one-of-a-kind to take with them. From bold lettering to colorful designs, guests gathered around to watch each piece come together in real time while the booth stayed active from open to close. What items can you customize on‑site?

Our most popular items are T-shirts and hats, but we can customize a wide range of products including tote bags, phone cases, backpacks, and even pre-printed apparel with logos. We can also help you choose the best items based on your event and audience.

How much lead time do I need to book you, and can you ship in advance?

We encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date especially during peak seasons to allow for coordination. However, if you're planning last minute, contact us anyway! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. If having us on location isn’t feasible, we also offer pre‑order services, where the items are customized and shipped to arrive in time for your event.

How many items can you airbrush at an event, and what’s the speed?

On average, we complete one item every 1.45 minutes per artist. This means one artist can typically complete around 40–50 items (hats) in a 1.5 to 2-hour event. For larger events, we can provide multiple artists to increase capacity.

Can I see product samples before booking?

Yes! We can provide sample images of past work upon request, including customized T-shirts, hats, and other items. If you're interested in a physical sample, we may be able to arrange a custom item for a small fee, depending on the product and timeline.
